  5. Statement of good faith: That you sincerely believe the use is unauthorized.
  6. Accuracy declaration: That all information provided is true and correct.
  7. Indemnity declaration: That you agree to indemnify Printica against any related claims, losses, or expenses if your notice is found to be false or malicious.

Incomplete or anonymous reports will not be reviewed.

3. Review & Action

  • Each submission is reviewed individually.
  • If clarification is needed, we will contact you.
  • If the notice is valid, we will restrict or remove access to the infringing content.
  • We aim to resolve valid claims within 7 business days.

4. Abuse of This Policy

Submitting false, incomplete, or malicious notices is prohibited. Abuse of this process may result in:

  • Restriction of access to our services
  • Legal action for fraudulent reporting
  • Liability for costs incurred by Printica

5. Policy Changes
